Museology and preservation of historical and cultural heritage.

Synopsis: This edition of the AltGPA bulletin is dedicated to the study and preservation of cultural heritage in Asia. It results from the project "Actualisation of cultural heritage in Asia" initiated by the Altai State Pedagogical Academy, the Institute of History of SB RAS, the Institute of Mongolian, Buddhist and Tibetan studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Academy of Sciences of the Mongolian People's Republic and implemented in accordance with the programme of ICOFOM Siberia, a regional sub-group of ICOFOM. The compilation of articles aims at encouraging the development of international cooperation projects and contributing to the study and preservation of cultural heritage. The majority of the articles are in Russian.
