By connecting to this website, www.icom.museum and all pages in this domain (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “ICOM website”), the user agrees to the following terms and conditions.
The International Council of Museums (hereinafter referred to as “ICOM”) reserves the right to invoke any remedy provided by law in the event of any breach of these terms and conditions, including any violation of ICOM’s right to its name or of the rights regarding information, documents, text, video or audio material or photographs (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Content”) found on the ICOM website.

This website is property of ICOM, a registered association (n° SIREN 784 614 813) located at 1 rue Miollis, 75015 Paris (France).

ICOM reserves the absolute right to delete any material posted on its website without prior notice to the user. ICOM disclaims all responsibility for the conduct of users in connection with such tools or for any material provided by users and posted on the ICOM website, including, for example, any responsibility for the reliability or truthfulness of any information, data, opinions, advice or statements appearing in such materials.
d) Cookies

a) ICOM – International Council of Museums
ICOM has exclusive ownership of its name and logo. The complex trademark ICOM – Conseil international des musées – International Council of Museums – Consejo internacional de los museos benefits from the rights granted by its registration with the European Union Office for Intellectual Property (EUIPO). ICOM’s name and logo may not be copied or reproduced under any circumstances without prior written permission from ICOM. Any request for permission must be sent to ICOM using the form provided for this purpose.
b) Contents of the ICOM website
ICOM provides information on the Internet primarily for those interested in its efforts to ensure the preservation, conservation and transmission of cultural property. If the user wishes to draw on, reproduce, publish or translate this information for wider dissemination, he or she should send an e-mail using the online form with details of the intended use, including the nature and size of the target audience.
