Synopsis: Gastronomy was the theme of 2011 and 2012 ICR conferences. In addition to the papers presented at these meetings, the board of ICR decided to publish a cook book with recipes from different countries worldwide. Eleven ICR members shared a recipe of a main dish and a dessert. Some recipes are world famous recipes. The book is an invitation to try them and enjoy the food.
